The Bartender/ Cook will also be responsible for daily side work and cleaning duties as assigned. Job Duties Provide exceptional bar/ food service to our guests, including serving properly prepared food, beer, wine, craft cocktails, and other beverages Take food and beverage orders accurately ( checking ID as needed) Manage and operate a designated bar and food station, ensuring high-quality service and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Replenish and stock work stations regularly to ensure smooth operations throughout service hours. Adhere to all Food Safety policies and procedures. Execution of daily bar and food service, maintaining a clean, organized, and full stocked bar kitchen area. Maintain inventory levels of bar and kitchen supplies and communicate restocking needs to management. Perform cleaning and side work duties as assigned. Set up and breakdown of function areas as needed for events and daily operations. Engage with guests to ensure all their needs are communicated and met. Desire to work in a positive, upbeat environment while supporting your fellow colleagues. Food safety and alcohol training required. Experience Requirements Must be at least 21 years old. Previous Food and Beverage experience preferred, but not required. Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required. Basic wine, beer, and spirit knowledge preferred, but not required. Basic Food handling and preparation experience preferred, but not required Physical Requirements Able to lift overhead up to 20 lbs. Able to carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to work while standing or walking for up to 8 hours Manual dexterity with repetitive movement Able to work while standing, sitting, kneeling, squatting, or bending forward.
