Bistro & Bar , as well as select catering events at the Pacific Design Center and other event locations. This is ideal for bartenders looking to pick up occasional , high-quality shifts alongside another job or commitment. The schedule is sporadic and based on event and business needs, so applicants must have night and weekend availability. What You'll Do Provide friendly, polished, and efficient bar service in a restaurant and event setting Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages according to company standards Set up, stock, break down, and clean bar stations before and after service Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready bar throughout the shift Handle cash/POS transactions accurately when assigned Work closely with servers, captains, managers, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service Follow all food safety, responsible alcohol service, and company policies What We're Looking For Prior bartending experience in an upscale restaurant, catering, event, or high-volume hospitality environment Polished, professional, guest-focused presence Strong cocktail knowledge and ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality Comfortable with setup, breakdown, lifting, cleaning, and other physical event-service duties Reliable transportation and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional late nights—sometimes as late as 3:00 AM Flexible availability and interest in picking up shifts as they become available Current Responsible Beverage Service certification, where required If you enjoy working memorable events, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want flexible opportunities to pick up shifts with a great hospitality team, we'd love to hear from you. iRothxAmzA
