• Overview:

• Join our team at Cock-a-Doodle Restaurant, a friendly family establishment serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We are currently seeking a skilled Food Server & Bartender to enhance our guests' dining experience with exceptional service and delicious beverages.

• Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and recommending menu items.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant & bar area and adhere to food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, with integrity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of items to customers.
• Assist in restocking bar, salad bar, inventory and supplies as needed.
• Uphold a positive attitude and create a warm and inviting atmosphere for patrons.

• Skills:

• Prior experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures and sales transactions.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
