9/26-10/2 2026 Join our team at the beautiful Laugh Factory Covina Theater! Our company seeks a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Bartender. This position requires strong communication and customer service skills, as the successful candidate will play an integral role in providing an excellent guest drinking experience. Successful bartenders can create classic and innovative drinks that exceed guest needs and expectations. This position reports to the manager on duty. Compensation includes hourly rate and gratuity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to guests throughout their show. Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Mix ingredients and create cocktails. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Keep tables and workstations clean and tidy at all times. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Innovate and create new specialty cocktail concepts. Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines. Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of restaurant experience 2+ years of fast experience as a Service bartender Expertise in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean Relevant training certificate is preferred Must be 21 years of age or older.
