Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours, special events, or banquets, ensuring smooth operations. Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits. Proven experience in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet environments with a strong understanding of food handling and safety protocols. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately.
