Job Summary Join our team as a Bartender/Server, where you'll be the heart of the guest experience! Whether mixing cocktails or providing top-tier customer service, you'll be instrumental in delivering an outstanding dining and bar experience. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency with established recipes and presentation standards Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as SpotOn, processing cash and card transactions efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Manage bar inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed while minimizing waste through effective stock control Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours, including catering events Qualifications Proven experience in bartending and serving within a restaurant or hospitality environment Strong knowledge of POS systems such as SpotOn POS or Toast POS for processing transactions accurately Demonstrated expertise in mixology, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and spirits handling Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and attentively Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with cash handling, cashiering, and basic math for accurate bill settlements Familiarity with beverage trends such as craft beer offerings or cocktails is a plus Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or special event shifts as required Join us in creating lively atmospheres where guests can unwind and enjoy exceptional drinks paired with outstanding service.
