Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu innovative and appealing. Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed while minimizing waste. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours and special events like banquets or catering functions. Requirements Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques. Previous experience working in fine dining establishments or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special event days.
