Job Description
Join Marriott's Food & Beverage Operations team as a Bartender, delivering memorable bar experiences in a dynamic hotel environment. You will craft classic and signature cocktails, pour beer and wine, and guide guests through beverage selections while providing warm, anticipatory service that reflects Marriott's people-first culture. Responsibilities include bar setup and breakdown, inventory stocking, accurate cash and POS handling, and adherence to liquor laws and safety standards. You'll collaborate closely with restaurant and culinary teams to support smooth operations and revenue goals. Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to all guests. Recommend beverages and menu pairings to enhance guest experience. Set up, stock, and break down bar according to Marriott procedures. Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and reconcile daily sales. Ensure compliance with liquor laws, ID verification, and responsible service standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area at all times. Collaborate with Food & Beverage and Culinary teams for seamless service. Upsell specialty cocktails, wine, and promotions to drive revenue. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
