I also tightened it to attract experienced bartenders who fit your culture. Bartender Playground Mini Golf is looking for energetic, personable bartenders to join our growing team in Huntington Beach. Nearly a year after opening, we've become one of the area's most unique entertainment venues, combining craft cocktails, mini golf, arcade games, private events, and an unforgettable guest experience. We're looking for bartenders who are more than just great behind the bar. We want outgoing personalities who can build relationships with guests, work efficiently during high-volume service, and create an experience that keeps people coming back. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and accuracy Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences Build rapport with guests while maintaining a fun, upbeat atmosphere Recommend cocktails, beer, food, and specials confidently Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift Follow all California alcohol service laws and company policies Accurately operate the Toast POS system and handle cash/card transactions Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties Support private events and high-volume weekends as needed Work as a team with servers, bussers, kitchen staff, and management to provide an exceptional guest experience Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Previous bartending experience required Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Positive attitude with a team-first mentality Reliable attendance and punctuality Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification required (or obtained before starting) California Food Handler Card required (or obtained within 30 days of hire) What We Offer California minimum wage plus same-day tip payouts Flexible scheduling A fun, energetic, and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Employee discounts and team perks The opportunity to work in one of Orange County's most unique hospitality concepts Who You'll Thrive Here If...
