Job Details The Ravine Club is a Dodgers-loving sports bar and restaurant opening this fall in Echo Park, steps from Dodger Stadium. Our two bars run flat out on game days, and we need
BARBACKS
who keep them stocked, clean, and ready to move at full speed. This is a physical, fast-paced role that keeps the whole bar program running. Hours & Compensation Full Time, Hourly $20-$23/hour plus tips (pooled)

Dining Discount, Flexible Schedule Primary Requirements 1+ years experience as a barback or in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting; Ability to lift and move kegs, cases, and ice consistently throughout a shift; Ability to work fast and stay organized during a full-house rush; Basic familiarity with bar tools, glassware, and garnish prep; A team-first attitude, this is a high-energy room and everyone covers everyone; and Availability to work nights, weekends and Dodger home games (including some day games). Primary Responsibilities Restocks liquor, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages throughout service; Changes kegs and maintains draft lines and coolers; Keeps ice bins full and manages ice production throughout the shift; Batches cocktails ahead of and during service to keep the bar moving at full speed; Preps garnishes, juices, and other bar mise en place; Washes and restocks glassware to keep pace with bartender needs; Maintains cleanliness of bar tops, wells, floor mats, and back bar throughout service; Communicates with bartenders to anticipate needs before they run out; Supports opening and closing side work, including inventory counts as directed; and Removes trash, recycling, and empty kegs/cases from bar areas. Work Environment Involves standing and walking for the entire shift; Involves frequent bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds or more (kegs, cases, ice); Involves exposure to wet floors and cold storage areas; and High-noise, high-energy environment, especially during televised games.
