We're looking for energetic, dependable Barbacks / Bussers to join our opening team. This is a hands-on nightlife position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is willing to jump in wherever needed. You'll work closely with our bartenders, servers, and management team to keep the bar, tables, and overall venue clean, stocked, organized, and ready for guests. Responsibilities Keep bartenders stocked with ice, liquor, mixers, glassware, and other supplies Bus and reset tables throughout the night Collect and dispose of bottles, cups, trash, and other waste Maintain clean and organized bar and service areas Help keep the dance floor, guest areas, restrooms, and back-of-house areas clean throughout the shift Perform general cleaning before, during, and after operating hours Assist with opening and closing duties Help with deeper venue cleaning as needed Assist bartenders, servers, and management during busy periods Help maintain a clean, safe, and polished environment for our guests Schedule Must be available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Candidates should also have some flexibility to come in on occasional weekdays for cleaning, organization, restocking, or venue preparation. Nightclub shifts may run late, so reliable transportation and the ability to work through closing are important. Compensation Los Angeles minimum wage + tips Employees may receive tips in addition to their hourly wage based on applicable tip-pooling arrangements.
