Job Details The Ravine Club is a Dodgers-loving sports bar and restaurant opening this fall in Echo Park, steps from Dodger Stadium. We're built for game day: two full bars, wall-to-wall TVs, a menu built around LA's food culture, and a crowd that shows up to watch a game (or two) and have a good time. We're looking for
BARTENDERS
who can run a fast, high-volume bar with precision and hospitality, especially on home game nights when the place is packed. Hours & Compensation Full Time, Hourly $20-$23/hour plus tips (pooled)

Dining Discount, Flexible Schedule Primary Requirements 2+ years bartending experience, high-volume or sports bar background strongly preferred; Working knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine service; Ability to work fast and stay organized during a full-house rush; Strong point-of-sale skills (we run SpotOn); California RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification, or willingness to obtain before start date; Food Handler card, or willingness to obtain before start date; A team-first attitude -- this is a high-energy room and we need people who thrive in it, not just tolerate it; Availability to work nights, weekends and Dodger home games (including some day games). Primary Responsibilities Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to recipe and specification; Checks identification of guests to verify legal drinking age; Maintains clean, organized, and fully stocked bar stations throughout service; Rings orders accurately into POS with proper modifiers; Monitors guest consumption and intervenes appropriately per house policy and California ABC regulations; Builds rapport with regulars and creates a welcoming environment for new guests; Communicates with kitchen and floor staff to ensure timely, coordinated service; Restocks and requisitions bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware as needed; Breaks down and closes bar station at end of shift, including inventory counts as directed; Handles credit transactions accurately, including check presentation and closing. Work Environment Involves standing and walking for the entire shift; Involves reaching, bending, and lifting bar equipment and stock; Involves lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds with frequency; and High-noise, high-energy environment, especially during televised games.
