Position Summary We are seeking a professional and experienced Bartender who is passionate about cocktails, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate is confident behind the bar, knowledgeable about spirits and cocktails, attentive to detail, and able to provide friendly and efficient service. This is an hourly position plus tips. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere at the bar Accurately take drink orders and process orders through the Clover POS system Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly Maintain a clean, organized, and properly sanitized bar throughout service Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other bar supplies Assist with bar inventory and communicate low-stock items to management Follow all responsible alcohol service, health, safety, and sanitation regulations Communicate effectively with servers, management, and kitchen staff Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift Work efficiently during busy and high-volume service periods Qualifications Previous bartending experience Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, tequila, mezcal, beer, and wine Strong communication and guest-service skills Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must meet all California legal requirements to serve alcohol
