Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Lead Bartender to elevate our beverage service and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your expertise in beverage preparation, bar supervisor, and customer engagement will drive the success of our bar operations. Duties Lead and supervise the bartending team, ensuring smooth and efficient service during all shifts Develop and refine beverage recipes, including cocktails, wine pairings, beers and spirits to enhance guest satisfaction Manage bar inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels to meet operational needs Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are consistently upheld in accordance with health regulations Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as toast POS including cash handling and cashiering duties Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns promptly Oversee bar setup, cleanup, and maintenance to ensure a clean, organized workspace at all times Skills Extensive bartending experience with a strong background in mixology and beverage recipe development Proficiency with POS systems including toast POS for processing transactions efficiently Knowledge of fine dining service standards and experience in upscale environment Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate the bar team effectively Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts seamlessly Deep understanding of spirits, wine knowledge, craft beer varieties, and cocktail techniques Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, catering events, and banquet service is highly desirable Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales and inventory management Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that enhances guest experiences Join us as a Lead Bartender where your passion for beverages meets your talent for hospitality!
