As a bartender you will lead the way in crafting our exceptional specialty drinks, providing true royal treatment customer service, and ensure a lively yet professional atmosphere with promotion mechanical bull rides and guests roasting s'mores at our patio firepits. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and knows how to create memorable experiences through expertly mixed cocktails and engaging interactions. Responsibilities Lead the bar team by example, demonstrating expert bartending skills and excellent customer service. Develop and refine beverage recipes, including signature cocktails, to keep our offerings fresh and exciting. Manage daily bar operations, inventory control, stock ordering, and ensuring all supplies are well-maintained. Process cash transactions accurately using
POS TOAST
system. Train and mentor junior bartenders and bar staff to uphold quality standards and promote teamwork. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with food safety regulations and alcohol service laws. Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment, answer questions about drinks or menu items, and promote specials or events. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending with a strong background in mixology, spirits knowledge, wine expertise, and cocktail creation. Prior leadership experience as a lead or supervisor within a bar or restaurant setting. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining high service standards. Knowledge of food safety practices related to beverage service and food handling when applicable. Experience working in full service bar with high volume open 7 days a week til 2am. Strong communication skills combined with a friendly attitude to connect with guests and team members. Pay:
$20.25 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
