The ideal candidate will have strong beverage knowledge, excellent bartending skills, and a passion for creating quality cocktails while providing friendly and professional service to every guest. Key Responsibilities Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and other beverages according to established standards. Create and serve quality cocktails with consistent taste, presentation, and portioning. Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional bar service. Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Recommend cocktails and beverages based on guest preferences. Operate the POS system and process cash, card, and other payments accurately. Maintain knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, mixers, garnishes, and cocktail ingredients. Prepare garnishes, syrups, mixers, and other cocktail ingredients as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout each shift. Restock spirits, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, ice, and other bar supplies. Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items or supply needs to management. Maintain and properly clean bar tools, glassware, equipment, and workstations. Follow responsible beverage-service, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Verify guest requests and follow applicable age-verification and service requirements. Handle guest questions and concerns in a polite and professional manner. Support fellow bartenders and team members during busy service periods. Assist with opening, closing, and daily bar procedures. Perform additional duties assigned by bar management. Requirements Previous bartending, mixology, bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and beverage preparation. Ability to prepare drinks accurately and efficiently during busy service. Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic POS and cash-handling experience. Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar. Strong attention to detail and beverage presentation. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine bar duties. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Ability to follow applicable responsible beverage-service requirements.
