Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise processing of sales transactions. Serve drinks with flair, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and customer satisfaction. Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities through friendly recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during shifts, processing payments swiftly while providing excellent guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting seamless restaurant operations during busy hours. Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus. Demonstrated cocktail skills with spirits knowledge; ability to prepare a variety of drinks confidently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to engage guests positively. Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during high-volume shifts.
