This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys coaching others, maintaining high standards, and leading by example in a fast-paced environment. As a Shift Lead, you will help oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, maintain food safety standards, and support the Store Manager and Operational Director in developing a high-performing team. Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations during assigned shifts
• Coach and support team members while ensuring SOP compliance
• Maintain product quality, speed of service, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Assign tasks and manage workflow during busy periods
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Open and/or close the store following company procedures
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and store organization
• Help train new employees and reinforce company standards
• Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and teamwork Qualifications
• Previous leadership experience in a café, restaurant, boba shop, or similar food service environment preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable giving coaching and constructive feedback
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Availability Requirements
• Full-time position (approximately 45-50 hours per week)
• Must have open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
