Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Handle cash transactions efficiently while balancing registers at shift end; perform basic math calculations for sales accuracy. Assist with food serving when needed, including catering or banquet events, ensuring timely delivery and presentation. Monitor guest behavior responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations and promoting a safe environment. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for smooth order processing. Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards.
