Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming and engaging bar experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing beverages, maintaining bar standards, and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards Accurately ring and process all transactions through the POS system Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service laws Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a professional manner Monitor guest consumption and handle situations responsibly Follow all cash handling and inventory control procedures Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of the bar area Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience preferred Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beer, wine, and spirits Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Basic math and cash handling skills Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a hotel or high-volume bar/restaurant environment Certification in responsible beverage service (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Frequent bending, reaching, and carrying
