Fishwife is a longtime Pacific Grove neighborhood restaurant specializing in fresh seafood, pasta, and California cuisine with Caribbean influences. Located near the beautiful Asilomar coastline, Fishwife offers a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and has been a favorite of locals and visitors for years. We are looking for an experienced, personable, and reliable Bartender to join our front-of-house team. This is a part-time position specifically for Saturday and Sunday dinner shifts , making it a good fit for an experienced bartender looking for consistent weekend work.

Position Details & Requirements:

Saturday & Sunday dinner shifts $18.50/hour + tips Minimum 3 years of bartending experience Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Comfortable working a busy service bar while also taking care of bar guests Strong communication and guest-service skills Dependable, professional, organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure Toast POS experience preferred Responsibilities include preparing cocktails and other beverages consistently and efficiently, providing attentive service to bar guests, preparing drinks for the dining room, maintaining a clean and organized bar, handling Toast POS transactions, restocking throughout service, and completing opening and closing bar duties. We're looking for someone who understands hospitality, works well with the rest of the FOH team, and can confidently handle a busy weekend dinner service.

Pay:

From $18.50 per hour Expected hours: No less than 15.0 per week
