Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to boost sales and customer satisfaction Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours and special events like banquets or nightclub nights Experience Proven bartending experience in fine dining establishments Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems including Focus POS for processing transactions efficiently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly while maintaining quality standards Background in food service or restaurant settings with a focus on customer service excellence Experience in beverage sales, food handling, cash handling, and food safety protocols Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special event shifts Join us if you're passionate about crafting exceptional drinks and delivering outstanding hospitality!
