Job Overview Our restaurant group is expanding our menu and adding liquor along with the beer and wine we always served. We are seeking an energetic and skilled Bartender/Mixologist to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft cocktails, exceptional customer service skills, and experience in fast-paced dining or nightlife environments. This role involves creating innovative drinks, engaging with guests, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in fine dining settings. Candidates should be well-versed in food safety standards, food handling, and responsible alcohol service to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons. Duties Help craft original signature cocktail menu along with seasonal options Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to create a memorable experience through excellent customer service and personalized recommendations Operate POS systems for order processing, billing, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist in ordering beverages as needed Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying guest identification and monitoring consumption Collaborate with kitchen staff for food pairing suggestions during banquets or catering events Handle cash transactions accurately while managing sales reports at the end of shifts Uphold professional appearance and demeanor consistent with the establishment's brand standards Experience Previous experience working as a bartender or mixologist in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, brewing techniques, and cocktail presentation skills Experience in customer service roles within the food industry or hospitality sector Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices Experience working with catering events or large parties is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and accurate order calculations Join our team to deliver exceptional drinks and memorable experiences in a vibrant environment that values professionalism, creativity, and guest satisfaction.
