From $18.00 per hour Job description: Overview Parrish Family Vineyard is looking for a hard working and positive individual to join our team! We are a state-of-the-art winery and beautiful tasting room in Paso Robles off Adelaida Road featuring wine and food experiences. The role of the Barback/Food Runner is to support the Tasting Room Wine Guides and Kitchen Team during service, especially on busy weekends, to create a seamless experience with guests. Tips included on top of hourly. Potential for promotion to Wine Guide position! Duties Assist with setting and break down of tables for service Run food from kitchen to table Bus dirty dishes and glassware Polish glassware Be observant to guest needs - bring out water and silverware when needed Pack wine for guests Assist with restocking wine bottles Able to interact with guests with a friendly, helpful attitude Experience 1 year + of Restaurant/Tasting Room Experience is a Plus Passion for Hospitality and Providing Exceptional Service Enthusiasm for Collaborating with a Team Detail Oriented Available to weekends and some holidays (ie: three day weekends) Ability to lift bus tubs, carry wine, and other service-related items Must be able to stand on multiple surfaces during a shift, as well as move from one space to another including indoor and outdoor locations
