Inspired by The Mill at the Kasteel in Oak Harbor, Washington, we are building a welcoming place to gather over good food. Our plans include breakfast, lunch, and dinner, a dining room, outdoor patios, and a bar. The menu, training schedule, and opening date are being finalized. Join the team that will help bring this new chapter to life. What you will do

• Prepare beverages according to the approved menu, recipes, and portions.
• Provide attentive bar service, take orders in Toast, and handle payments accurately.
• Check identification and follow responsible beverage-service practices and restaurant policies.
• Stock the bar, prepare garnishes, clean glassware and equipment, and communicate inventory needs.
• Coordinate service with servers and maintain an organized, guest-ready bar.

What we are looking for Prior bartending experience and familiarity with common beverage preparation are preferred. Strong guest service, accurate order handling, and willingness to complete required training. Schedule and working expectations Primarily full-time, with some part-time opportunities. Specific shifts and weekly hours will be discussed during hiring. Interview hours are not the work schedule.
