Qualifications Knowledge of commonly ordered drinks and ability to make suggestions Skill in time management and organization with excellent attention to detail Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives Basic knowledge of Point of Sale system Must be reliable and dependable by adhering to a schedule Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time

Responsibilities Knowledge of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events in order to proactively inform guests and invite them back You are responsible for taking orders, making beverages for all guests, serving beverages, selling food, and building repeat clientele Ability to follow specific service time and guidelines while engaging guests and personalizing their experience Work as a contributing member of a team and communicate with management and serving reps to ensure effective customer flow Maintain positive working relationships with all team members and managers Ability to make suggestions and bring propositions to management to grow the business Cross training and mandatory cleaning are requirements of the role Come join us and be a part of creating memorable experiences for our guests while working in an environment that celebrates soccer.
