Located in the heart of downtown Riverbank. We're looking for an experienced bartender who can deliver excellent service and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Server with strong service experience, the ability to handle multiple responsibilities, and the professionalism to work both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a full-service restaurant Server experience, including managing multiple tables and a full food menu Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Able to work solo when required (slow shifts, late nights, or when scheduled alone) Menu knowledge and memorization skills Order accuracy and strong attention to detail Customer retention skills — building rapport and creating repeat guests Positive attitude, strong communication, and teamwork Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be 21+ with valid ID Current CA RBS certification or willingness to obtain Responsibilities Prepare cocktails accurately, consistently, and efficiently Provide excellent service to bar guests and tables Take and deliver food orders with accuracy Maintain a clean, organized bar and follow opening/closing procedures Handle cash and POS transactions correctly Learn and retain menu items, specials, and seasonal cocktails Create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business Support servers and the team during busy shifts
