Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Barback where you will be the heartbeat of the bar experience! Each role has its own set of challenges and requirements. Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages swiftly to keep service seamless Prepare and serve beverages with precision, following recipes and safety standards to ensure quality and consistency Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, counters, and equipment regularly Bus tables efficiently by clearing used dishes and ensuring guest areas are tidy and welcoming Operate POS system Toast. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, taking orders politely, and addressing inquiries professionally Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Ability to perform cleaning duties diligently and maintain a high level of hygiene at all times Be able to lift full sized kegs ~150lbs Barback should have some restaurant experience. Over 21 years of age. We are looking for both a Barback, Weekend availability required.(Friday/Sat/Sunday) Pay is 16.50+ Tips.
