The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively with the team will contribute to creating a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and ingredients, restocking as necessary. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests in a professional manner. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Proven ability to provide outstanding hospitality and customer service. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential. Experience using POS systems is advantageous but not required.
