This role blends day-to-day taproom operations with support for private events and rentals, so we're looking for someone comfortable wearing both hats — pouring a confident flight one moment and helping run a smooth event the next. We want someone who's genuinely enthusiastic about craft beer and our brand, brings a high bar for customer service and professionalism, and is looking to grow with the company. Prior industry experience is a strong plus, especially if it includes event or hospitality work. Roles & Responsibilities Taproom Stock taproom beer and supplies Know the taproom menu (food and beverage) inside and out, in print and online Help develop and uphold procedures for keeping the space clean and organized Follow taproom SOPs, and opening/closing and safety procedures Interface with brewing staff to stay current on beer offerings and quality Become proficient with our POS system and help maintain POS terminals RBS training desirable — we'll provide it if needed Events Set up, staff, and break down private events and rentals in our event space Serve as a point of contact for guests during events, ensuring service stays smooth and on-brand Coordinate with brewery/taproom staff to keep event service from disrupting regular taproom flow Help troubleshoot on the fly — events rarely go exactly to plan General Must be able and willing to work weekends, days, evenings, and holidays (including some event bookings outside normal taproom hours) Job Requirements At least 21 years old High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a relevant service or hospitality role Physical Requirements Bar/warehouse atmosphere — can be loud and physically active Frequent reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling Ability to lift up to 55 lbs Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you're the face of the brand, front and center with every guest Strong organizational skills; comfortable multi-tasking and juggling shifting priorities At least two years in a taproom, bar, or event/hospitality setting preferred In-depth knowledge of and genuine appreciation for craft beer and industry trends Excellent time management and a "jump in and help" team mentality Thrives in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality Compensation Hourly + tips
Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
