We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest dining experience. Long-term experience is not required, we are here to develop our team members. Finney's is a fast-paced environment with 30 craft beers on tap, a large selection of craft cocktails, shooters, call drinks, and wine options. Must be 21 years or older and must have a minimum of 1 year of bartending experience. Responsibilities Prepare drinks for the bar and all restaurant patrons Meet our service and suggestive selling standards Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Assess and anticipate our guests' needs Prep and juice all our in-house syrups and juices Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Comply with all food and beverage regulations including RBS Skills Proven working experience as a bartender Proper jigger use Great work ethic Positive attitude Works and cares to have knowledge of our product(s) Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean Relevant training certification
