Job Description

Experienced Bartender:
We are looking for an experienced bartender to join our team. Previous bartending experience in fine dining or high-volume bar Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine Excellent customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and team mentality. If you enjoy creating a great bar experience for guests, we'd love to hear from you. Please send your resume and a short introduction about your bartending experience. Bartender's pay is minimum wage + tips.
Kitchen Manager & Cook:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Kitchen Manager to support our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and comfortable managing daily kitchen operations while also stepping in to cook when needed. Create and manage schedules for kitchen staff Prepare weekly shopping lists Track and maintain kitchen inventory Step in to cook during busy periods or when coverage is needed Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper food safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment Support and communicate effectively with the front-of-house team
Requirements:
Previous experience as a kitchen manager, lead cook, or similar role Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices Ability to manage staff schedules and coordinate workflow Good organization and inventory management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented Good English Please send your resume and a brief description of your kitchen management and/or cooking experience.
