Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu offerings with enthusiasm and detailed knowledge of our food and beverage selections Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled efficiently Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing, adhering to cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas in compliance with food safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Assist bar setup as needed, demonstrating culinary or cocktail experience to elevate the guest experience Manage guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing inquiries about menu ingredients such as wine knowledge or spirits expertise, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for order entry and sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to connect with diverse guests Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability in upselling beverages like cocktails, spirits, wines, and additional food items to increase sales revenue Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with beverage service including drink mixing, cocktail preparation, wine service, and spirits expertise Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and ensuring seamless service delivery Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your passion for hospitality shines!
