Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing exceptional customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS system, Toast, for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving practices and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments. Familiarity with POS system Toast for sales processing and cashiering tasks. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling techniques, and responsible alcohol serving practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals. Previous experience in beverage preparation.
