As a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN, you'll care for an adult and adolescent population (ages 15 and up) on a 90-bed inpatient unit. Balancing workloads with a 4:1 patient ratio for telemetry and 5:1 for med/surg, you'll gain crucial exposure to high-acuity cases, all while being supported by a collaborative interdisciplinary team. Each workday helps expand your clinical toolkit, strengthens your resume, and opens the door to learning best practices from diverse teams. Schedule/Hours:

12-hour shifts (days: 7a-7:30p; nights: 7p-7:30a) Weekend requirement: Two full weekends or four weekend days per schedule Rotation schedule: every 6 weeks

Qualifications:

Current RN license with at least 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience ACLS and BLS certifications required Experience working with adolescents and adults in an inpatient setting strongly preferred Ability and flexibility to float between units as needed

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, compassionate care for Med/Surg and Telemetry patients Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate care plans Accurately document using facility's EMR system (not Cerner) Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Deliver patient and family education as needed
