- Sherwood Country Club (Part-Time) Sherwood Country Club is seeking an exceptional Bartender to work in the Golf Clubhouse.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
Stock, prepare and operate all bars, prepare cocktails, cut garnish, stock operating supplies, serve food and beverage to guests ensuring high member and guest satisfaction Greet members, guests and colleagues with a high level of customer service at all times. Prepare and serve drinks according to Sherwood recipes and standards Maintain inventory of liquor and supplies at bar, requesting additional supplies as necessary Operate Point-of-Sale computer system Have proactive work ethic and prepare with thorough knowledge of the event, beverages and menus Provide food service at the bar and at tables when assigned Assist in training new bartenders Maintain clean bar area and equipment Attend daily staff meetings as requiredREPORTS TO
Food & Beverage Managers on dutyMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School education Minimum 2 years bartending experience Prior Banquet or fine dining service required Stable work history with experience in Private Club industry desired Available to work mostly Wednesday through Sunday, day, evening, weekends and holidays Excellent English communication skills Wine and spirits knowledge ServeSafe Certified by time of hire TIPS Certified by time of hirePHYSICAL DEMANDS
