Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and tab payments efficiently. Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies, tracking usage, and communicating needs to management. Develop creative beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates that reflect current trends and guest preferences. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery in various settings including nightclubs and fine dining environments. Requirements Proven experience in bartending within diverse settings such as fine dining, nightclubs, or catering environments. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, spirits, and beverage presentation standards. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures in accordance with industry standards. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or special event hours as needed in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
