Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Server/Bartender Manager to lead our food and beverage team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role combines the responsibilities of overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing service staff, and ensuring top-notch customer service in a lively, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and extensive experience in fine dining and food service. Duties Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff including servers, bartenders, hosts/hostesses, and bussers to ensure smooth restaurant operations Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and sanitation regulations Manage reservations using OpenTable or similar reservation systems to optimize seating flow and guest satisfaction Upsell menu items and beverage specials to increase sales while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Handle cash transactions accurately using POS system Smarttab Maintain a clean, organized work environment by supervising food handling, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness procedures Monitor guest relations actively by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a memorable dining experience Lead by example in promoting hospitality standards within the restaurant and nightclub environment Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant service, bartending, or hospitality management with a focus on fine dining environments Strong knowledge of POS system Smarttab Demonstrated ability in upselling techniques and sales growth strategies Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during peak hours Prior experience with OpenTable reservation system is highly desirable food handlers card and RBS Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining integrity in cash handling procedures Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and foster guest relations.
