Who You Are:

At Roth's and Brohan's we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional luxury hospitality experience. Our team is dedicated to creating an elegant, welcoming atmosphere where every detail matters. We are seeking a professional and motivated Bar Back to support our bartending team and ensure smooth, efficient bar operations. The Bar Back plays a vital role in maintaining the standard of excellence at our bar. This position supports the bartenders by ensuring the bar is well-stocked, organized, and impeccably clean at all times. The Bar Back contributes directly to a seamless guest experience by anticipating needs, working efficiently, and upholding the highest standards of service and presentation. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and storage spaces. Ensure bar equipment is properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored. Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the bar manager or lead bartender. Support bartenders during busy periods by running drinks, preparing mixers, or assisting with guest requests when appropriate. Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures in compliance with company and legal standards. Uphold the luxury atmosphere by maintaining professional conduct, grooming, and attention to detail at all times

Pay Rate:

$15/hour + tips Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced cocktail establishment, fine dining experience preferred Basic knowledge of mixology, classic cocktails, and modern drink trends. Familiarity with back bar selections, high-end spirits, and luxury garnishes. Excellent guest interaction, problem-solving, and communication skills Commitment to maintaining order and consistency in inventory and storage Comfortable using knives, burners, and other kitchen prep tools for executing syrup, infusion, juicing and other modern cocktail preparations A high level of personal grooming, poise, and professionalism A commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous learning

Working Conditions:

Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be available to work nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs Must be able to perform the essential physical functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching with hands and arms, and using fingers and wrists for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift). Must be able to communicate effectively, including speaking and hearing in a busy kitchen environment. Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds on occasion. Must be able to tolerate and work in various kitchen environments, including:

• Cold conditions in walk-in coolers and freezers
• Noisy, fast-paced environments with frequent interruptions.
