Responsibilities Take and accurately relay guest orders for food and beverages using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests promptly, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations. Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times to maintain health standards. Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces to uphold hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members during busy nights or events such as banquets or nightclub functions to deliver seamless service. Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or banquet environments. Proficiency with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totaling. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as catering functions.
