Job Description
Need a worker who understands the point of sale, routers, switches environments. The scope of work will include hardware installation and some configuration of point of sale units: registers, PCs, self check-outs, register scanners, receipt printers, switches, routers, wireless access points, modems. Installation documentation will be provided upon assignment of the work. TOOLS (are not provided) - Technician must have the tools to qualify for this job. Only applicants with tools should apply. Standard PC Tools Cordless Drill Cordless Screwdriver Laptop with hotspot Cable Toner Cable Tester RJ45 Crimp tool. Sharpie to label cables. Cell phone charger. Box Cutter Pliers Smart Phone with camera and internet ability, as deliverable must be sent before leaving site. Reliable transportation - must have your own vehicle Ability to travel up to 75 miles, over 50 mi travel will be compensated. Must be able to bend, kneel, stand and lift, carry 50lbs repeatedly for extended periods of time.
