Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including craft beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails, following established recipes or creating new ones through beverage recipe development. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Process cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash handling and retail math calculations. Engage with guests to provide personalized service, upsell menu items, and promote specials or new offerings to enhance sales. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with bar management duties as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during busy service periods such as banquets or nightclub events. Requirements Proven experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality industry roles with a focus on customer service excellence. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cashiering is a plus. Demonstrated expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with fine dining service standards as well as nightclub or banquet environments. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining quality service. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Excellent communication skills with an energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction. Experience with brewing or craft beer is desirable; hospitality industry experience is essential.
