Job Summary We are seeking energetic and bilingual (Spanish-English) professionals to join our team as Bartender y Hostess Bilingües. Duties Greet guests warmly in both Spanish and English, creating an inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely service Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest experiences Manage cash transactions efficiently while processing payments through POS systems and handling cash securely Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards Assist with food service when needed, supporting banquet or catering events to deliver seamless hospitality Skills Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer brewing techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in both Spanish and English effectively Experience in fine dining, nightclub environments, or banquet settings is highly desirable Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours Ability to develop beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings that elevate guest satisfaction Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math for sales transactions Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and proper sanitation practices in a hospitality setting Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable experiences through exceptional service, creative beverages, and lively hospitality!
