We're building a crew of reliable, motivated individuals who understand that in a small operation, everyone helps wherever needed to keep service running smoothly. Position Overview This is not a "stand-behind-the-bar-only" bartending position. We are looking for a team player who is comfortable wearing multiple hats throughout the shift. In addition to preparing drinks, this role includes running food, helping clear and reset tables, washing dishes, restocking, and assisting the team wherever needed during service. The ideal candidate is dependable, quick on their feet, positive under pressure, and willing to jump in without being asked twice. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly Provide friendly, attentive customer service Run food to guests and assist with table service as needed Clear, clean, and reset tables between guests Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift Restock bar supplies, glassware, and service items Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow food safety and alcohol service guidelines Support teammates and help maintain smooth service flow Assist with opening and closing side work Qualifications Bartending or restaurant experience preferred, but not required for the right person Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to help in all areas of the restaurant Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service What We're Looking For We value attitude and work ethic as much as experience.
