You will leverage core skills in craft beer, cocktails, POS operations, mixology, and food service to take orders, prepare drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction. Your premium skills in POS systems, time management, and upscale service will support efficient service and upselling opportunities. With relevant experience in hospitality and the food and beverage industry, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere and contribute to a memorable guest experience. Responsibilities Greet guests and deliver attentive, friendly service at the bar and in the dining area, ensuring timely drink and food orders. Prepare and serve beverages with expert mixology, craft beer knowledge, wine, and cocktail development; upsell premium drinks where appropriate. Operate POS systems, process payments, and manage cash handling accurately; maintain accurate tabs and end-of-day reconciliation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, station, and dining areas; restock supplies and manage inventory. Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate service, handle special requests, and uphold high hospitality standards.
