The ideal candidate takes pride in staying one step ahead, thrives under pressure, and understands that behind every great bar is an exceptional barback. At least ONE year of barback or restaurant experience is strongly preferred. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, organized, and willing to work efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities Support bartenders throughout service to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Keep all beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies fully stocked. Change kegs quickly and safely. Refill ice wells and maintain an adequate supply of clean glassware. Buss and reset the bar area and assist with clearing tables as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the bar, walk-in cooler, storage areas, and service stations. Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking, cleaning, and organizing. Remove trash, recycling, and empty boxes throughout the shift. Help receive and organize deliveries. Anticipate the needs of bartenders and guests before being asked. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards. Work as a team to provide outstanding guest experiences. Qualifications At least 1 year of barback, restaurant, or high-volume hospitality experience strongly preferred. Must be willing to work weekends and nights. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take initiative. Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy shifts. Positive attitude and team-first mentality. Excellent communication skills. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, including full kegs and cases of beer. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. What We're Looking For Someone who doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done.
