Our brewery offers a full-service bar featuring brewed in house craft beer, cocktails, wine, and food, so we are looking for someone who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and knowledgeable about both beer and cocktail service. The ideal candidate is friendly, motivated, dependable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service while creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests Prepare and serve craft beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Demonstrate knowledge of classic cocktails, house cocktails, beer styles, and drink ingredients Accurately follow cocktail recipes, measurements, and presentation standards Make recommendations based on guest preferences and confidently answer questions about the menu Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar throughout the shift Properly set up and break down the bar before and after service Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items to management Maintain proper glassware, garnishes, mixers, ice, and bar supplies Follow all responsible alcohol service laws and company policies Verify IDs and ensure guests are served responsibly Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, barbacks, and management Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS systems accurately Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at the bar and throughout the guest area Assist with high-volume service and brewery events when needed Create a welcoming, upbeat environment that encourages guests to return Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred; 1+ year of bartending experience a must Experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, brewery, or similar environment is a plus Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service Comfortable making both classic and craft cocktails Ability to learn and accurately execute house cocktail recipes Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional during busy periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/move cases, kegs, and other bar supplies as needed Must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to serve alcohol What We're Looking For We want bartenders who are hardworking, personable, motivated, and team-oriented .
