The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightlife environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service, expertly crafted beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards. Utilize Hotsauce POS system for order processing, cash handling, and inventory management. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, recommend drinks, and upsell menu items. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies regarding cash handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during banquets, catering events, and busy shifts. Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation to enhance guest experiences. Manage time effectively during peak hours to ensure prompt service without compromising quality. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines is essential. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
