Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with precision and flair. Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash and credit card payments efficiently. Develop new beverage recipes and stay current on industry trends to keep our offerings innovative and appealing. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and beverage service during events like banquets or catering functions. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail mixing, mixology, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create an energetic and welcoming environment. Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
