Job Description

Seeking a Production Support Lead (Information Technology Analyst IV) to join our dynamic team within the Information Technology Division. This role collaborates closely with Platform, Network, DBA, Web Administration, Security, DevOps, and application development teams to triage events, analyze root causes, and manage releases. The Production Support Team will serve as the single point of contact for production support, driving proactive monitoring, quicker incident response, and cross team coordination to maintain uninterrupted court operations and public services. Qualified applicants will possess experience in the specific functional area of Business Analysis / Project Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead production support and incident/problem management . Triage and analyze production issues, identify root causes, coordinate with all technical teams, and oversee controlled change and release activities. Coordinate server patching between Platform and Application teams . Act as the primary liaison to ensure smooth monthly patch cycles, proper testing of application impacts, and timely communication of required actions to minimize service disruptions. Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) drills on behalf of the Application team . Support planning, execution, validation, and documentation of DR activities to ensure application readiness and compliance with resilience standards. Lead major technical upgrades . Coordinate server migrations, framework updates, and other modernization aligned technical initiatives to ensure production stability and controlled modernization efforts. Strengthen resilience and compliance . Work with DevOps, monitoring, and security teams to enforce change control and support audit, CJIS, and other compliance requirements. Support IT solutions delivery . Assist in implementing and optimizing IT solutions and evaluate alternatives to improve operations. Prioritize fixes and maintain application inventory . Partner with product managers and business analysts to schedule production fixes and maintain documentation of application business purpose.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and design skills; ability to work independently and drive issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with Microsoft DevOps/CI CD pipelines; ability to track tasks using Azure DevOps.
  • Proficient in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven relationship building abilities across all organizational levels.
  • Experience facilitating meetings and creating training materials using elicitation and facilitation techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools.
  • SAFe and Azure DevOps certifications are advantageous.
The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with a collaborative approach to work in a close team environment. Ability to work effectively with all levels of technical and non-technical staff and management is necessary.
